This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• You are responsible for the entire marketing technology stack: selecting, implementing, integrating, and establishing the standards that dictate data flow between systems.
• You manage the operational rhythm of the marketing team.
• You oversee the complete lifecycle from an anonymous visitor to a closed-won deal, including lead scoring, definitions of MQL and PQL, enforcing SLAs, and facilitating the transition to sales.
• You are in charge of marketing analytics, attribution methods, and the dashboards presented to the executive team and the board.
• You manage data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and emerging state laws in the US).
• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in building marketing operations from the ground up or replatforming within a B2B SaaS environment.
• A solid track record working at a startup or a rapidly growing growth-stage company.
• Demonstrated experience in managing planning cadences, OKRs, and cross-functional program management for a marketing organization.
• Extensive knowledge of HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, and at least one Business Intelligence tool (Looker, Tableau, Sigma).
• Proficient in managing data quality, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and discussions surrounding attribution.
• Experience in budget management, vendor relationships, and headcount planning in collaboration with a marketing leader.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while holding strong opinions loosely.
