This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of the marketing campaign calendar across both regions: ABM, paid, organic, email, content, and events.
• Act as the in-house counterpart for our external campaign agency: providing briefs, reviewing deliverables, addressing issues, ensuring quality, and maintaining timelines.
• Take responsibility for daily campaign performance analysis - identifying successful strategies, discontinuing ineffective ones, and determining areas for increased investment - and report findings to the executive team weekly.
• Create and deliver high-quality marketing materials efficiently: including web copy, landing pages, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, social media content, and email sequences.
• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude and others) as essential production resources - overseeing, editing, and ensuring the quality of AI-generated content to meet a standard that feels authored rather than generated.
• Convert clinical outcomes, customer narratives, and product capabilities into commercially appealing proof points.
• Implement account-based strategies targeting specific US health systems, NHS trusts, and university nursing programs on both sides of the Atlantic, utilizing existing ICP and persona definitions.
• Manage the daily operations of the marketing tech stack (HubSpot core; ABM and intent tools as we expand).
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with pipeline needs.
• Lead the execution of priority events in both the US and UK, overseeing everything from pre-event ABM strategies, on-site engagement, to post-event follow-ups. Focus on measuring pipeline contributions rather than booth traffic.
• Transform reference customers into commercial assets through case studies, reference calls, co-marketed content, and advocacy efforts.
• Establish and maintain the marketing operating rhythm: conducting weekly campaign reviews, monthly performance reporting, and quarterly planning aligned with pipeline targets set by the CEO and Sales.
• Oversee the daily management of the marketing budget and hold agencies and vendors accountable to it.
• 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on campaign execution within a SaaS or healthtech context selling enterprise-level deals.
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns and content that resulted in measurable pipeline growth - with a quality standard that requires no further editing.
• Truly AI-native: you leverage Claude (or similar tools) as an integral part of your daily workflow, possess a perspective on prompting and direction, and produce outputs that exhibit taste and judgment rather than relying on templates.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills. You can generate executive-level copy independently; you do not outsource writing but take full ownership of it.
• Strong instincts in project and agency management: capable of running an external campaign partner without being managed by them.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments. You prioritize delivering a good product on Friday over achieving perfection in three weeks.
• Familiar with the modern B2B marketing stack: including HubSpot, LinkedIn paid ads, intent and ABM tools, and basic analytics.
• Bonus Points: Experience in marketing within healthcare, clinical education, workforce, nursing, or related sectors. Exposure to both UK and US B2B markets, or a strong understanding of their differences. A history of functioning as a senior individual contributor and small-team leader rather than in a full-time people management role - finding energy in that dynamic. Experience working alongside a defined GTM strategy rather than creating one from scratch.
