VP of Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance momoGood's go-to-market strategy and cohesive customer narrative.

• Identify buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, value propositions, messaging frameworks, customer journeys, competitive positioning, and sales narratives.

• Assess and update marketing assets from Tatango, Givergy, and momoGood.

• Create, implement, and refine integrated campaigns that drive acquisition, qualified pipeline, product adoption, retention, cross-selling, and revenue growth.

• Develop marketing materials such as website content, landing pages, email campaigns, sales enablement tools, customer stories, presentations, webinars, and case studies.

• Enhance the digital customer experience, optimizing conversion paths, landing pages, calls to action, product demonstrations, and campaign journeys.

• Construct lifecycle marketing programs to support onboarding, engagement, adoption, education, renewal, expansion, advocacy, and customer success.

• Design campaigns for workplace giving, volunteering, nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, events, auctions, messaging, and future platform capabilities.

• Collaborate with Sales to enhance lead quality, campaign alignment, follow-up, objection handling, messaging, proof points, and funnel performance.

• Work alongside Product, Customer Success, Operations, Data, and Executive Leadership on marketing initiatives, launches, and sales enablement.

• Establish reporting, attribution, funnel analytics, campaign measurement, pipeline analysis, dashboards, and ROI tracking.

• Utilize CRM, marketing automation, analytics, AI, and modern marketing technologies.

• Integrate customer insights, competitive intelligence, market research, product knowledge, and win/loss analysis into decision-making processes.

• Oversee external agencies, contractors, freelancers, and strategic partners while remaining actively involved in high-impact initiatives.

• Create repeatable processes, operating rhythms, performance standards, playbooks, and best practices.

• Encourage experimentation, accountability, continuous learning, innovation, and data-driven improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, revenue marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or a related field.

• Proven history of driving measurable business growth.

• Demonstrated success in generating qualified pipeline, enhancing conversion rates, accelerating customer acquisition, and supporting long-term revenue growth.

• Strong background in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, ICP definition, segmentation, buyer journey mapping, and competitive differentiation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to think strategically while remaining deeply engaged in hands-on execution.

• In-depth knowledge of demand generation, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, digital marketing, website optimization, conversion rate enhancement, and sales enablement.

• Experience in utilizing data for decision-making, prioritization, performance assessment, and opportunity identification.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, website analytics, attribution reporting, campaign measurement, and marketing performance dashboards.

• Ability to responsibly leverage AI and emerging technologies for research, content creation, execution, analysis, and reporting.

• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Sound business judgment in balancing customer experience, brand quality, execution speed, operational complexity, budget, and business outcomes.

• Qualities of curiosity, collaboration, experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

• Nice to have: experience in nonprofit technology, fundraising, events, auctions, workplace giving, donor engagement, political technology, associations, payments, or vertical SaaS.

• Nice to have: experience in integrating acquired products, rebranding, or navigating significant growth or transformation.

• Nice to have: experience in AI-first organizations or AI-enabled marketing adoption.
