This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Take ownership of, manage, and expand a portfolio encompassing digital, print, and event marketing services.
• Establish strategic direction for marketing services, adapting capabilities based on market insights and manufacturer requirements.
• Oversee B2B and B2B2C demand generation strategies and marketing service benchmarks.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, manufacturers, and channel partners to execute campaigns and jointly develop marketing plans.
• Create innovative solutions that align with operational, financial, sales, and profitability objectives.
• Leverage data intelligence to monitor and enhance campaign tactics, while reporting on ROI and value.
• Cultivate relationships with manufacturers and channel partners through networking and engagement.
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing manufacturer marketing programs.
• Create program materials such as pitch presentations, media guides, and rate cards.
• Coordinate campaign execution, timelines, priorities, and marketing capacity.
• Predict and achieve annual program revenue targets.
• Supervise marketing services invoicing, collections, revenue tracking, and manufacturer marketing funds.
• Carry out additional related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing management, business administration, accounting, sales, or a related field.
• An MBA with a focus in Marketing or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of six years of relevant and progressively responsible experience.
• Over four years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong preference for experience in the animal health industry.
• Proven experience in building high-performance teams.
• Capability to lead standardized processes and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and executing large-scale projects.
• Strong networking and consultative skills.
• Proficient in facilitating groups towards resolution.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ creative problem-solving techniques.
• Technical understanding of marketing and demand generation strategies.
• Outstanding skills in process design.
• Familiarity with drug distribution and/or manufacturer business, particularly in animal health.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Working knowledge of data segmentation and analysis.
• A demonstrated history of functioning as a business manager.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using computers and company systems and applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
