This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of pipeline and revenue goals generated through marketing efforts.
• Spearhead demand generation initiatives encompassing digital, paid media, SEO/AEO, and lifecycle marketing.
• Enhance funnel performance and improve conversion rates.
• Develop and elevate FormAssembly’s brand identity and positioning.
• Manage content, public relations, and thought leadership strategies.
• Ensure messaging is consistent and compelling across all platforms.
• Establish product positioning and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Provide impactful sales enablement resources.
• Create a data-driven marketing framework with well-defined KPIs.
• Oversee the marketing technology stack, including automation and analytics.
• Report on performance metrics, return on investment, and growth insights.
• Recruit, mentor, and expand a top-tier marketing team.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork.
• Manage budget and resource distribution.
• 8-10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth and revenue results.
• Extensive knowledge in demand generation and digital marketing.
• Strong experience engaging with enterprise and mid-market audiences.
• Outstanding leadership and cross-departmental collaboration abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
