This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete growth engine by designing and implementing a contemporary DTC growth system.

• Develop and continually refine growth playbooks with scalable methodologies.

• Manage a multi-million dollar yearly budget dedicated to paid acquisition and enhance contribution efficiency.

• Establish repeatable processes for high-volume UGC production and advertising concept development.

• Create systems that effectively transform organic reach into leads and customers.

• Consistently brainstorm and evaluate offers and funnels to enhance Average Order Value (AOV) and operational efficiency.

• Develop a subscription-centric growth engine to boost Repeat Purchase Rate and Cohort Lifetime Value (LTV).

• Lead and cultivate a high-performance growth organization with distinct ownership and accountability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in DTC eCommerce Growth (CPG / VMS is highly preferred).

• In-depth expertise in creating repeatable, scalable growth systems beyond just paid advertising.

• Proven team leader and people manager who can drive channel-level performance.

• Mastery in efficiently scaling new customer acquisition for a subscription-focused CPG brand.

• World-class creative strategist capable of developing frameworks for ad creatives, angles, hooks, messaging, and understanding landing page conversion rate optimization best practices.

• Proficient in the Shopify ecosystem, including platform functionality, applications, and integrations.

• Strong knowledge of advanced DTC marketing metrics (nCAC, aMER, iROAS, etc.).

• Experience in utilizing next-generation attribution tactics/platforms for incrementality testing and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) (Haus, Prescient, Triple Whale, Northbeam).

• Extensive retention expertise, particularly in enhancing subscriber LTV and reducing churn.

• Highly analytical and adept at modeling first-order profitability and ROAS in relation to LTV.

• Capability to design and test landing pages, page elements, and UX/UI improvements as part of a continuous conversion rate optimization process.

• Ability to manage external agencies and contractors while taking charge of outcomes.

• Preference for low-ego, remote, asynchronous work environments.
