This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer for the Workplace Experience Group, overseeing a team of business development professionals.
• Responsible for crafting and executing strategies aimed at expanding the Workplace Hospitality business.
• Engaging with various levels of clients, sales leaders, and regional operational leaders on initiatives that pertain to business opportunities.
• Fostering a successful sales and growth culture within the team through effective coaching and performance management strategies.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is essential, with an MBA or Master’s being preferred.
• At least 15+ years of B2B sales experience in a services-oriented business is required.
• Previous experience in managing a team of sales professionals is necessary.
• Experience in the corporate dining industry is preferred.
• Exceptional and impactful presentation skills; able to communicate persuasively with C-level client contacts.
