This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Create strategies and plan campaigns and tactics for lead generation and multi-channel engagement across the pharmaceutical manufacturer, retail pharmacy, employer/payer, and health information technology market segments.
• Define, manage, and implement demand generation programs to enhance commercial value for the business.
• Design and execute scalable marketing strategies to increase awareness, understanding, and loyalty.
• Develop and execute B2B healthcare marketing campaigns, along with a marketing calendar and roadmap.
• Provide guidance on content while ensuring brand quality and consistency across all marketing channels and content.
• Establish and maintain a demand generation roadmap and prioritization framework that balances business impact, scalability, and customer experience.
• Build and manage integrated demand generation programs across paid, organic, email, and partner channels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, content marketing, brand marketing, and event marketing to understand priorities and proactively develop campaigns.
• Oversee lead retrieval for conferences and trade shows.
• Develop and manage multi-channel email programs that nurture contacts and advance prospects through the sales funnel.
• Own the growth technology stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Ensure adherence to marketing best practices and platform policies while maintaining campaign integrity.
• Define, track, and report on essential KPIs.
• Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to the marketing team to foster campaign success and client satisfaction through both paid and organic efforts.
• 8 to 10 years of experience leading and managing B2B demand generation campaigns.
• Industry experience preferred in pharmaceutical manufacturer, retail pharmacy, and employer/payer markets.
• 6+ years of experience managing B2B campaigns end-to-end in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), from concept through to reporting.
• Exceptional project management, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Commercial teams.
• Strong analytical and technical skills across paid media, SEO/AEO/GEO, email marketing, web, and social channels.
• Experience overseeing budgets, pacing, and performance reporting across large and complex campaigns.
• Focus on creating commercial value and achieving measurable ROI.
• Proven capability to drive projects independently and proactively.
• 1-2 years of experience in people management.
