This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and enhance the company’s comprehensive growth strategy encompassing acquisition, retention, and monetization, ensuring accountability for scalable revenue growth.
• Direct performance marketing and paid media strategies across all platforms while managing external growth agencies and media buying partners.
• Assist in strategic influencer and creator growth initiatives in collaboration with the Creator team, utilizing analytics and attribution to maximize ROI.
• Define and implement core growth KPIs, attribution frameworks, and reporting structures across MMPs and behavioral analytics tools.
• Foster a robust experimentation culture throughout creative, channel, onboarding, retention, and monetization funnels via rapid testing and data-driven iterations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Operations to uncover and scale impactful growth opportunities, product loops, and conversion enhancements.
• Create scalable growth systems and processes that promote rapid experimentation, operational efficiency, and long-term user value creation.
• Over 5 years of experience leading growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition efforts within consumer mobile applications, gaming, or other fast-paced digital products.
• Proven track record of scaling acquisition, engagement, and monetization in performance-oriented settings with significant revenue responsibility.
• Extensive expertise in paid media, attribution, lifecycle optimization, and growth analytics, with practical knowledge of platforms such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Hotjar, and similar tools.
• Strong grasp of monetization mechanisms prevalent in social casino, gacha, collectibles, or other high-LTV consumer ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to function as both a strategic growth leader and a highly execution-focused operator in early-stage or resource-limited environments.
• Experience in managing external growth partners, agencies, media buyers, creators, and performance marketing service providers.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• A strong ownership mentality with a pronounced inclination towards experimentation, iteration, and swift execution.
