This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive profitable and sustainable growth for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands by spearheading commercial strategy, customer acquisition planning, creative direction, and performance marketing initiatives.
• Manage paid social strategies on Meta and TikTok, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goals and growth plans.
• Provide guidance to Senior Paid Social Managers on account strategy, campaign frameworks, testing methodologies, and scaling strategies that enhance performance and efficiency.
• Regularly assess account performance to uncover opportunities for accelerated growth, improved acquisition efficiency, and maximized return on investment.
• Advocate for best practices in media buying, testing methodologies, measurement frameworks, and performance analysis.
• Act as the primary strategic liaison for assigned clients, fostering trusted relationships with founders, leadership teams, and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate high-level strategic conversations that empower clients to make informed decisions regarding growth, investment, customer acquisition, and commercial priorities.
• Enhance client retention and account expansion through outstanding strategic leadership and measurable commercial impact.
• 4+ years of experience in paid social, growth marketing, or e-commerce growth within an agency or DTC setting, with a demonstrated history of delivering measurable commercial results.
• In-depth expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with significant experience in managing and scaling high-performing acquisition campaigns.
• Strong commercial insight and a comprehensive understanding of business growth drivers, including customer acquisition, profitability, retention, contribution margin, and customer lifetime value.
• Proven capability to convert marketing performance into commercially relevant insights that impact business decisions and growth strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of growth planning, customer acquisition strategies, creative testing methodologies, performance measurement, and full-funnel marketing principles.
• Highly skilled in Triple Whale, Shopify, GA4, and performance reporting environments, with the ability to analyze complex data and pinpoint actionable opportunities.
• Experience in leading strategic client relationships and confidently communicating with founders, leadership teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing team members while positively contributing to team culture and performance.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a proactive, growth-oriented approach.
