VP of Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist a confidential client with transaction readiness and finance leadership support.

• Prepare for and carry out a sponsor-backed exit.

• Guide a midsize company through M&A processes and due diligence.

• Provide hands-on interim finance leadership.

• Start on a part-time basis and transition to full-time by Q1.

• Work remotely with occasional travel requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in preparing for and executing a sponsor-backed exit.

• Finance experience in a SaaS environment within a PE-backed context.

• Background in supporting midsize companies through M&A and due diligence.

• Hands-on finance leadership expertise with the capability to operate independently and collaborate with senior leadership.

• Must be available to start promptly, increase work hours, and travel as necessary.

• Preferred: Experience as a VP of Finance or in a comparable senior finance leadership role.

• Preferred: Experience in providing interim finance leadership during a transaction.
