This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide the technical vision in collaboration with other leadership within the pillar.

• Empower cross-functional partners to make technical contributions to our product.

• Report directly to the CTO.

• Lead the strategy for data foundation to create a product-ready civic data corpus.

• Build a strong and trusted partnership with the VP of Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, encompassing hands-on coding and architecture.

• More than 7 years in leadership roles within engineering, including managing other managers.

• Demonstrated experience in leading new product teams or cross-functional squads.

• Experience in scaling products for diverse or international user bases.

• Professional-level proficiency in English is mandatory for all positions.
