⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a comparable program focused on software development.

• Have led web application development teams for over 2 years.

• Experienced in guiding scrum-based teams (e.g., as a scrum master, tech lead, or in a similar role) for more than 2 years.

• Developed full-stack applications for over 5 years utilizing technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, Node.js, MVC/Rails, MySQL, NoSQL, and RESTful APIs.

• Show a strong commitment to fostering collaborative teams and producing high-quality software through a team-first leadership style.

• Demonstrate outstanding project management and communication abilities.
