This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Transform and elevate the engineering organization into a reliable and high-performing execution engine.

• Collaborate with product leadership to ensure technical resources are aligned with product priorities.

• Lead significant enterprise projects, including the modernization of the existing codebase.

• Foster the successful implementation of AI-assisted tools across engineering and quality assurance teams.

• Shift the quality assurance framework from manual processes to automated testing.

• Enhance capacity allocation for both innovation and ongoing maintenance activities.

• Complete comprehensive refactoring of the codebase within designated timelines.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering.

• At least 4 years in a senior engineering leadership position.

• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling engineering organizations within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Experience in collaborating at the executive level to convert technical strategies into business results.

• Experience in owning and managing an engineering Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale legacy modernization initiatives.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools.

• Familiarity with implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated QA frameworks, and metrics programs.

• Outstanding strategic thinking and change leadership abilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
