This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer visionary leadership and strategic direction to the clinical team, ensuring the provision of evidence-based ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology services.
• Collaborate with the executive team to design and enhance clinical programs, ensuring they align with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory guidelines.
• Create and implement quality assurance protocols, monitoring systems, and outcome measures to guarantee the highest standards of care and clinical results.
• Train and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence.
• Build strong relationships with external partners, including families, schools, and community organizations, to ensure effective coordination and collaboration in delivering comprehensive care.
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and accreditations pertaining to ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology, ensuring compliance in all clinical operations.
• Keep abreast of the latest research, trends, and advancements in the fields of ABA and SLP, and advocate for the integration of evidence-based practices and innovative methodologies into our programs.
• Work with the finance team to develop and oversee the clinical department's budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization while maintaining financial sustainability.
• Set performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to clinical staff to encourage continuous improvement and uphold high-quality standards.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in clinical leadership roles within ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology environments, including managing and supervising clinical staff.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in both ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology, encompassing evidence-based practices, assessment tools, and treatment strategies.
• A proven history of leading and managing clinical teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Strong comprehension of relevant laws, regulations, and accreditations related to ABA Autism Therapy and Speech Language Pathology services.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including families, educators, therapists, and community organizations.
• Capacity to think strategically, formulate and implement clinical strategies, and make data-informed decisions to further the organization's objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges, develop solutions, and promote continuous improvement.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure effective clinical operations.
