Clinical Operations – Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee provider implementations from the signing of contracts to successful go-live.

• Offer operational guidance, mentorship, and continuous support for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

• Manage the onboarding process for providers, including credentialing milestones, EMR access, orientation, training, and readiness to start.

• Act as the main operational contact between providers, facility leadership, and internal departments.

• Collaborate with recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, billing, payroll, and medical leadership to ensure a smooth execution.

• Establish and sustain strong relationships with hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and post-acute care partners.

• Recognize operational challenges, implement process enhancements, and drive successful results across various facilities.

• Foster provider engagement, satisfaction, and retention through proactive communication and support.

• Must be open to travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license is required.

• Experience in hospital medicine, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term acute care, or other post-acute care environments is highly preferred.

• Exceptional project management, organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities while effectively collaborating with providers, facility leadership, and internal stakeholders.
