Senior Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of designated UBC projects.

• Organize, coordinate, and finalize project tasks.

• Collaborate closely with clients/sponsors, internal project teams, vendors, and suppliers.

• Ensure the satisfactory provision of contracted services and the achievement of specified milestones.

• Supervise project management personnel in the implementation of assigned studies.

• Act as a resource and mentor for project team members.

• Manage the project according to the defined scope of work and budget.

• Develop project timelines and deliverables.

• Track project progress and ensure adherence to plans.

• Prepare and negotiate project budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a clinical, scientific, or related discipline.

• 2 to 3 years of direct project management experience within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or 5 or more years of experience in clinical trials.

• Understanding of the fundamental principles of cross-functional project management.

• Proficient in web-based IT systems and Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

• Experience with project management software.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to research conduct.

• Excellent understanding of clinical research and development, including medical and therapeutic areas, phases, and medical terminology.

• Familiarity with CRO/Pharmaceutical functional departments and their responsibilities.

• Strong quantitative skills and a solid understanding of project budgeting.
