This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define Channel Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for North America that aligns with Cyera’s go-to-market goals.
• Build the Ecosystem: Recruit, onboard, and expand relationships with key partners, including VARs, GSIs, MSSPs, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Partner Enablement: Develop and execute enablement programs that empower partners to effectively position, sell, and deliver Cyera solutions.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with regional sales leadership to facilitate joint account planning and co-selling initiatives.
• Program Development: Create scalable partner programs, incentives, and frameworks that enhance partner engagement and performance.
• Executive Relationships: Establish and nurture senior-level connections with partner executives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Marketing on joint campaigns, Product on integrations, and Customer Success on partner delivery models.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing channel team across North America.
• 10+ years of experience in channel or alliances leadership within the cybersecurity, data security, or enterprise SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing partner ecosystems in North America.
• Strong relationships with key channel partners (e.g., CDW, Optiv, SHI, GuidePoint, WWT, GSIs, hyperscalers).
• Experience in driving substantial partner-sourced revenue at scale.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and co-selling strategies.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments is preferred.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work remotely, with reimbursement for office setup.
