This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting for various roles, including financial advisors, planners, operations, and corporate functions.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and assist hiring managers in structured selection processes.
• Foster proactive pipeline development and engage in workforce planning discussions with leadership.
• Ensure an outstanding, personalized candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Oversee the workforce planning and recruiting strategy for the firm’s internship program, including university partnerships, campus outreach strategies, selection processes, and intern conversion planning.
• Act as a Player-Coach & Recruiting Strategist.
• Offer guidance, coaching, and best-practice insights to recruiting team members.
• Enhance sourcing strategies, candidate assessment rigor, and stakeholder partnership standards.
• Standardize recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and selection criteria.
• Assist with requisition prioritization and capacity planning.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to leadership regarding pipeline health, hiring velocity, and market trends.
• Support Recruiting Systems & Analytics.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Corporate IT to facilitate the implementation and optimization of the Workday Recruiting module.
• Define recruiting workflows, interview stages, and reporting dashboards within Workday.
• Utilize recruiting analytics to inform hiring strategies and workforce planning.
• Identify areas for improving efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience through system enhancements.
• Build Industry Talent Networks.
• Cultivate and sustain strong external networks within wealth management, financial planning, and RIA communities.
• Leverage industry associations, referral channels, and targeted sourcing campaigns to enhance talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to map competitor landscapes and proactively engage passive talent.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, finance programs, and student organizations to create a robust, recurring pipeline of intern talent.
• Strengthen Employer Brand & Diversity Efforts.
• Partner with marketing and leadership to establish the organization as an employer of choice in the wealth management sector.
• Create outreach strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Continuously refine messaging and candidate engagement tactics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Over 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in wealth management, financial services, or professional services environments.
• Experience in a lead, mentoring, or informal management role.
• Strong skills in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex searches.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise ATS platforms; experience with ATS implementations is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and dashboards.
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence.
• Capability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on recruiting execution.
