This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Interact on a daily basis with prospective students and their families through phone calls, texts, emails, video chats, and face-to-face meetings.
• Support students in evaluating their fit and navigating the application process for scholarships and financial aid.
• Cultivate relationships with high school counselors and educational consultants.
• Deliver both in-person and virtual presentations about Knox within the designated recruitment area.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of applications for admission.
• Engage in year-round recruitment for the assigned regional market, with additional recruitment travel of up to 10-12 weeks annually.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in Admissions, Sales, or Marketing
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
• Experience and enthusiasm for developing virtual engagement, social media, video, digital communications, and online events.
