This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and managing applicant tracking activities.
• Evaluate and refresh candidate details within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure the accuracy of recruiting trackers, candidate files, and hiring documentation.
• Keep track of open job requisitions and verify that hiring data is current.
• Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Relay interview details and provide scheduling assistance to candidates.
• Administer pre-employment assessments as required.
• Provide timely updates on candidate status and ensure proper dispositioning in the ATS.
• Help coordinate and manage the logistics for hiring events and recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor candidate registrations and attendance records.
• Support follow-up activities and maintain communications with candidates after events.
• Keep accurate documentation of event outcomes and hiring results.
• Assist with pre-employment processes, including coordinating background checks and drug screenings.
• Aid new hire onboarding procedures and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Organize communications and schedules for new hires during onboarding.
• Help with employee orientation and administrative tasks related to onboarding.
• Provide backup assistance to recruiters during periods of high-volume hiring.
• Support special projects and perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, human resources, administrative support, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to manage various tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Preference for familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment processes.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong customer service orientation and capability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
