This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for the sales organization, including SDRs, SDR leadership, AEs, and Account Management.
• Conduct high-volume searches for SDR pipelines in conjunction with AM and AE searches; you are adept at both rapid hiring and precise individual contributor searches within the same week.
• Collaborate with sales leaders as a strategic advisor on leveling, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategies; you are not afraid to challenge inaccurate briefs.
• Develop sourcing strategies that consistently attract top-tier sales talent through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and innovative outbound methods; you proactively source rather than waiting for inbound leads or relying on agencies.
• Manage a streamlined, candidate-focused interview process that includes intakes, scorecards, debriefs, offers, and closures.
• Leverage data to inform decisions regarding pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill; come prepared to discuss your funnel metrics.
• Provide coaching to hiring managers on effective interviewing, calibration, and promoting the company.
• Authentically represent the client's culture to potential candidates.
• 4-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on Sales; experience in hiring for SDR and AM pipelines is essential.
• Proven track record of recruiting SDRs and SDR leadership in a Product-Led, B2B SaaS, travel tech, or fintech environment.
• Proficient Greenhouse user: you have managed scorecards, pipeline reporting, and structured interview configurations, not just job postings.
• Strong direct sourcing abilities with successful outbound techniques; you do not depend on inbound leads or agency pipelines.
• Direct and consultative communication style when interacting with sales leaders.
• Data literate: you understand your funnel metrics and utilize them to inform decisions.
• Familiar with active AI workflows: you employ AI tools to boost your productivity and can articulate your approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Based in Chicago or Denver.
• Background in embedded or contract recruiting; you quickly adapt and work independently.
