Healthcare Physician Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee and operate your own dedicated recruiting desk.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate presentation and placement.

• Actively seek out physicians, travel nurses, and medical sales professionals through proactive outreach, networking, and various job platforms.

• Establish and sustain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Perform candidate screenings, credential verifications, and qualification assessments.

• Arrange interviews and provide assistance with offer negotiations and placements.

• Keep precise records in the company ATS and recruiting systems.

• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals for ongoing placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting healthcare professionals including Physicians, Travel Nurses, and Medical Sales.

• Proven capability to independently source and headhunt candidates (no leads will be provided).

• Comfortable overseeing a complete recruiting desk in a commission-only setting.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and candidate engagement abilities.

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to work fully remotely.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms.

• Must reside in the USA.
