• Over 15 years of leadership experience in the e-commerce sector.

• More than 8 years of experience in leading senior teams.

• A proven history of managing strategic portfolio governance.

• Exceptional ability to influence across various functions.

• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems.

• Demonstrated skill in workflow innovation.

• Strong foundational knowledge of data analytics.

• An MBA or an equivalent advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.

• Practical understanding of localized supply chain logistics and manufacturing processes.
