
VP, Marketing Science – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee a marketing science team comprising of more than 10 members.
• Centralize the customer segmentation strategy to enhance media activation and growth.
• Direct marketing analytics, business intelligence, attribution, lift measurement, econometric modeling, and channel measurement.
• Develop and refine programmatic media audience strategies along with feedback mechanisms.
• Create data products and automate workflows pertaining to programmatic media and data collection.
• Propel marketing automation throughout customer lifecycle interactions and Next Best Actioning.
• Manage marketing reporting, generation of insights, reporting schedules, and business performance summaries.
• Provide contextual business insights and recommendations to marketing stakeholders based on data modifications.
• Supervise ad operations to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and legal regulations across all marketing initiatives.
• Formulate and execute Martech strategies while assessing marketing technologies.
• Cultivate relationships with data, engineering, finance, and other key enterprise leaders.
• Keep abreast of industry processes and AI technologies to implement ongoing enhancements.
• Manage recruitment, training, development, talent management, and achievement of team objectives.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another scientific field.
• Over 20 years of experience in marketing science, value measurement, audience profiling, and performance media.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong understanding of statistics for interpreting and modeling marketing data.
• Experience in managing pipelines to ensure data flow and integrity.
• Proficient in data visualization for conveying marketing insights.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a marketing science team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to utilize data-driven insights to foster organizational alignment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to achieve marketing objectives.
• Adherence to GoodRx security policies and procedures, with a keen awareness of potential security threats.
• Experience in tech-driven healthcare and/or retail is a benefit.
