This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the European marketing strategy and its implementation in key markets, starting with the UK and France.
• Lead specialized agency partners in areas such as social media, creators, and event management.
• Define the strategic direction and brand vision while ensuring high standards of delivery.
• Manage and oversee the regional marketing budget across various channels and markets based on performance metrics.
• Create and maintain a continuous social media and creator presence.
• Organize and provide marketing support for significant content releases.
• Integrate brand, creative, social media, creators, events, paid media, and user acquisition into cohesive go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to synchronize Europe with the broader brand while tailoring approaches for local audiences.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), report on results, and leverage data to enhance future marketing strategies.
• Initiate localized channels and agency collaborations in the UK and France.
• Assist in promoting major content initiatives with focused regional marketing efforts.
• Develop a data-informed perspective on marketing effectiveness for future planning.
• Over 10 years of experience in marketing, particularly in social media and creator collaborations, preferably within the gaming, entertainment, or culturally-oriented consumer brands.
• Proven success in building brands and communities, beyond merely driving installations.
• Experience managing budgets and overseeing agencies and external partnerships.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and relationship-building.
• Exceptional organizational skills across multiple channels, partners, and markets.
• Data-driven proficiency in setting KPIs, analyzing performance, and utilizing insights for investment decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of European markets and cultures.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• A builder's mindset; capable of working hands-on, establishing processes from the ground up, and functioning independently.
• Candidates must have the legal authorization to work for any employer in the European Region.
• Proficiency in French or another European language is a plus.
• Experience with cozy, social, or community-driven games and audiences is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with both brand and performance marketing is beneficial.
