Marketing Intern, Mandarin Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of content creation and growth strategies across various social media platforms.

• Expand the follower base significantly.

• Create a seamless transition from social media engagement to qualified leads.

• Develop posts, carousels, and Reels for Instagram and Facebook.

• Utilize Canva, AI tools, and additional platforms to generate visual and video content.

• Customize content to suit the specific format and audience of each platform.

• Provide support to the paid media team by producing creative assets and conducting A/B testing.

• Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.

• Recognize patterns and formats of top-performing content.

• Compile results and suggest areas for improvement.

• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing processes.

• Respond to direct messages while adhering to brand voice guidelines and team oversight.

• Share content and interact with users in Facebook groups, subreddits, and other relevant communities.

• Keep an eye on emerging trends, formats, and audience behaviors.

• Provide insights and innovative ideas to the marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine enthusiasm for social media, with a solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reddit.

• Over 6 months of experience in social media content or a related field.

• A passion for K–12 education.

• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., layout, typography, visual branding).

• Familiarity with Canva and AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI features).

• Fundamental understanding of social performance metrics and analytics.

• Excellent writing, organizational, and collaboration abilities.

• A self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects.

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
