This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and execute a cohesive marketing and sales enablement strategy that aligns with both divisional and enterprise objectives, fostering stakeholder engagement, organic growth, and customer retention.
• Advocate for the launch and continual evolution of the divisional brand, ensuring that all initiatives are strategically resourced and implemented for optimal impact.
• Direct the creation and implementation of go-to-market strategies, product launches, customer events, and content marketing efforts that enhance brand visibility and support revenue goals.
• Act as the principal architect of divisional marketing priorities, translating business requirements into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Oversee, manage, and refine the divisional marketing budget, ensuring that resources are directed towards high-impact initiatives while consistently meeting financial objectives.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales enablement effectiveness, and marketing return on investment (ROI), utilizing data-driven insights to guide strategy and illustrate business value.
• Establish systems for continuous improvement, ensuring that all marketing investments yield measurable outcomes and contribute to divisional growth.
• Lead the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources that empower field teams, enhance digital platforms, and stimulate revenue growth.
• Promote collaboration with divisional leaders, central marketing, and shared service teams to ensure alignment, share best practices, and maximize marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct regular business reviews and marketing meetings to communicate priorities, progress, and impact to stakeholders.
• At least 10 years of experience in a marketing leadership position.
• Experience in the specialty insurance industry is essential.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling divisional brands, leading content and field marketing initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation skills, with a strong passion for high-quality content and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in developing Go-to-Market strategies for rapidly growing businesses.
• Demonstrated capability in managing budgets, measuring performance, and driving ROI.
• Hands-on leadership approach, willing to delve into details and collaborate to achieve objectives.
