This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to facilitate data-informed decision making.
• Identify trends in pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue achievement.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance insights to the Sales Leadership team.
• Translate sales data into actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing results.
• Coordinate sales forecasting processes while ensuring accuracy in forecasts.
• Support sales planning, territory management, and quota establishment.
• Analyze historical sales performance and market trends to aid strategic planning efforts.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and market signals that affect sales performance.
• Responsible for the administration and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales technology tools.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency in reporting structures, and accurate pipeline management.
• Implement system enhancements and facilitate the adoption of new tools.
• Provide training and enablement to ensure effective system usage across the sales team.
• Evaluate and refine sales workflows, policies, and operational processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and suggest enhancements.
• Standardize sales reporting, operational procedures, and performance metrics tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership to align systems, tools, and processes with business objectives.
• Reconcile revenue sources, leads, and pipeline reports.
• Monitor sales-related expenses and operational metrics.
• Generate and distribute reports for executive leadership and the sales organization.
• Ensure reporting accuracy across CRM and other sales platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Enablement to drive revenue growth.
• Support special initiatives and operational projects as required by leadership.
• Coordinate communications regarding process updates, policies, and operational changes.
• Manage operational documentation and reporting requests.
• Assist with sales meetings, operational reviews, and team communications as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or at least 3 years of experience managing others is preferred.
• Experience supporting sales teams in a high-growth or technology-driven environment is preferred.
• Experience in administering CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is desirable.
• Practical experience managing or supporting a multi-tool sales technology stack, including Gong, Zoominfo, Geopointe, Chili Piper, DealHub, etc.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
• Capability to translate business needs into operational solutions.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations.
• Strong client-centric focus.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines.
• Must be willing to work the hours necessary to excel in this role.
