This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic ally to the sales team, managing the 'Sales Operating System', which encompasses pipeline velocity, repeatable throughput, and the lifecycle of Limited Partners (LPs) and General Partners (GPs), including Family Offices, Pensions, and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

• Develop and track advanced quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure strong organization and discipline in managing the pipeline, follow-up procedures, and activity tracking.

• Create and implement a multichannel go-to-market (GTM) strategy, concentrating on target market segmentation, refining value propositions, and establishing pricing models.

• Establish a customer success framework for institutional clients to guarantee long-term retention and growth.

• Manage the adoption and enhancement of sales tools to ensure complete transparency into performance metrics. Utilize data and insights to consistently improve outreach and sales strategies.

• Participate in conferences, roadshows, and industry events regularly to cultivate relationships and identify opportunities. Act as a prominent representative of Tangible in the marketplace and at industry gatherings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in private equity is essential.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates possessing specialized knowledge and a proven track record within the competitive U.S. market.

• Demonstrated capability to apply analytical rigor to design and implement automated workflows and systems within the sales operations framework.

• Holding FINRA Series 7/66 or Canadian CIRO/IIROC equivalents (or the immediate ability to obtain them) is a notable advantage.

• You are a proactive individual who can seamlessly transition from presenting to the CEO to constructing a lead generation model in a single afternoon.
