This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales enablement strategy that supports both divisional and enterprise objectives.
• Advocate for the initiation and continuous advancement of the divisional brand.
• Oversee the formulation and implementation of go-to-market strategies, product rollouts, customer engagement events, and content marketing initiatives.
• Act as the principal architect for divisional marketing priorities.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance the divisional marketing budget.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing return on investment (ROI).
• Spearhead the design and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources.
• At least 10 years of experience in a marketing leadership position.
• Experience in the specialty insurance sector is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling divisional brands, leading content and field marketing efforts, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional presentation abilities, with a strong enthusiasm for high-quality content and quantifiable results.
• Experience in crafting Go-to-Market strategies for rapidly growing businesses.
• Proven capability to manage budgets, evaluate performance, and enhance ROI.
• Hands-on leadership approach, willing to engage with details and collaborate to reach objectives.
