• Take charge of and enhance Goodway Group's positioning, messaging, and market narrative across brand initiatives, public relations, thought leadership, events, and executive visibility.
• Develop and lead a commercial marketing framework that bolsters sales enablement, elevates pitch quality, and generates a consistent flow of proof points, case studies, testimonials, and market-oriented content.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, leadership, and line-of-business teams to synchronize marketing efforts with growth objectives, pipeline demands, and foster a unified "One Goodway" market image.
• Spearhead demand generation and reputational marketing initiatives that enhance awareness, consideration, and qualified inbound opportunities across Goodway's key markets.
• Evaluate and refine the marketing operating model, including team structure, workflows, tools, partner mix, and the integration of AI and offshore production capabilities to boost speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Create more robust marketing systems, operating rhythms, and prioritization to ensure the function is focused, measurable, and aligned with business outcomes rather than merely reactive tasks.
• Extensive senior marketing leadership experience within a B2B, agency, consulting, media, retail media, commerce, martech, or complex services environment.
• Demonstrated success in positioning, commercial storytelling, demand generation, and developing marketing programs that drive growth and revenue results.
• Strong background in crafting sales enablement and market-facing materials that are actively utilized by commercial teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the operational dynamics of agency or services businesses, including the nuances of people-led delivery models, utilization, and commercial support.
• Proven experience in leading lean teams and leveraging a combination of internal resources, agencies, freelancers, AI tools, and ideally offshore or distributed delivery models to effectively scale output.
• Strong executive presence, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the capability to function strategically while also being hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented.
