Sales Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the continuous ownership, implementation, and enhancement of Havenpark’s sales onboarding and development initiatives.

• Oversees the delivery and operational management of a dynamic, cohort-based onboarding experience for new Sales Professionals.

• Collaborates closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and L&D leadership to consistently refine training programs, boost sales performance, and facilitate company growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in learning and development activities and/or property management in line with job duties and responsibilities.

• Ability to spend extended periods seated while utilizing computer equipment or standing to conduct/facilitate training sessions.
