This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Responsible for managing the product, clinical, and commercial strategy as well as delivering the interventional P&L.
β’ Oversee the marketing, commercial, and clinical interventional teams within the US and Canada (USCAN).
β’ Spearhead segmentation and product specialization strategies throughout the Interventional portfolio for the USCAN region.
β’ Develop strategies and tactics aimed at increasing win rates and market share in USCAN Markets.
β’ Partner with the Interventional Product team and the Vice Presidents of the USCAN region, Sales Agencies, and the Account Community.
β’ Create value propositions and promotional strategies for targeted offerings.
β’ Establish the sales strategy for the Interventional solutions product portfolio.
β’ Work collaboratively with leaders across GE Healthcare to implement best practices.
β’ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
β’ Over 8 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or product leadership.
β’ At least 4 years of successful experience in senior-level sales management, product management, or general management.
β’ Strong technical proficiency and comprehensive understanding of the GE Healthcare product portfolio.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, and team-building abilities.
β’ Experience in the Healthcare/MedTech industry.
β’ Strong leadership skills with the ability to nurture talent.
