This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +17 more states.
• Take ownership of the strategic direction and operating model.
• Mentor a team of talented marketers and develop the marketing operating system to consistently enhance quality, accountability, and impact.
• Set clear priorities, success metrics, and operating rhythms that keep the team focused on high-impact initiatives.
• Manage the budget with precision, ensuring every dollar contributes to pipeline, revenue, and measurable results.
• Oversee marketing's influence on the qualified pipeline, making sure we test and scale effective strategies across paid digital, organic, field, event, and out-of-home channels.
• Design account-based programs targeting enterprise procurement, finance, and IT buyers through both digital and traditional channels.
• Stay ahead of trends in modern go-to-market engineering and the evolving landscape of how buyers research solutions (GEO/AIO).
• Become well-versed in our platform, customers, and competitive environment. Maintain close customer engagement by participating in key quarterly business reviews and sales calls.
• Continuously refine our positioning, messaging, and differentiation to resonate with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to analyze funnel performance, identify conversion gaps, and initiate measurable experiments that drive results.
• Work alongside Product to launch new capabilities, ensuring each release is clear, distinct, and compelling.
• Shape the company’s narrative while positioning our customers as the heroes in every story we share.
• Motivate the team to create innovative campaigns that distinguish our brand and foster engagement.
• Regularly engage with our PR agency, industry analysts, and media representatives, providing well-prepared briefings and gathering insights.
• Develop AI systems and workflows that empower a small, high-performing team to achieve what typically requires a larger organization.
• Be involved in campaigns, messaging, launches, presentations, customer interactions, or funnel analysis as needed by the business.
• Lead proactively; establish direction while remaining connected to the execution of tasks.
• 8–10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience, demonstrating a history of guiding full-stack teams and managing pipelines. Experience in marketing to enterprise buyers is essential; familiarity with procurement, finance, or related enterprise software is advantageous.
• Player-coach leadership approach. You are equally adept at defining strategy, executing campaigns, participating in customer meetings, or analyzing the sales funnel. You lead by example.
• Exceptional sales enablement skills. You become knowledgeable about your product and competitors, equipping Sales with the messaging, content, and tools necessary to enhance conversion and win rates.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong budget management and attribution skills. You allocate resources judiciously and directly link marketing investments to pipeline, revenue, and overall business outcomes.
• An AI-native, leverage-oriented mindset. You instinctively seek automation and AI solutions, driven by the opportunity to market a product that is transforming the way work is accomplished.
