• Have a comprehensive understanding of payer demographics, communication channels, and reimbursement processes for rare, specialty, and small molecule therapies across diverse indications.

• Demonstrated experience with patient services programs and HUBs.

• Proven ability to lead and implement intricate campaigns and strategic initiatives, including digital components.

• Possess pitch experience and a desire to contribute to business expansion.

• Capable of adopting a collaborative approach while partnering with cross-functional teams (account management, creative, project management, strategy, etc.).

• Skilled in managing teams to ensure project completion.

• Understand business objectives and can effectively oversee projects and copywriting teams accordingly.

• A continuous learner who actively seeks knowledge in market access.

• Have 5-10 years of experience in market access marketing.

• Ability to cultivate client relationships and present content to senior executives in the life sciences sector.
