This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage ongoing demand forecasts for all USA channels and customers.
• Evaluate forecast trends in comparison to previous periods, seasonal performance, promotional activities, and market fluctuations.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias categorized by SKU, customer, and channel.
• Analyze actual sales against forecasts and pinpoint the factors contributing to variances.
• Continuously enhance forecasting processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Sales teams to ensure forecasts align with customer plans, product launches, and promotions.
• Assist in monthly S&OP/demand review processes.
• Offer insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and growth strategies.
• Keep track of retailer inventory levels, stock movements, and sell-through performance.
• Examine retail sales data to uncover velocity trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and KPI reports related to forecast accuracy, inventory health, and sales performance.
• 3–6+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Sales & Operations Planning.
• Background in CPG/FMCG, beverage, food, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Familiarity with retailer sales and inventory data is essential.
• Strong grasp of forecasting methodologies and demand planning procedures.
• Highly analytical with exceptional Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP, forecasting, or planning systems.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with major US retailers.
• Familiarity with syndicated data platforms (Nielsen, Circana/IRI, SPINS, etc.).
• Experience with startup or scale-up consumer brands.
