This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the vital link between dbrand, our retail partners, and our 3PL network, ensuring that inventory is positioned correctly, in appropriate quantities, and at the right time.
• Track essential retail customer programs, cross-functional projects, and strategic initiatives, delivering regular milestone updates to the Supply Chain team that require no follow-up.
• Analyze retail customer forecasts and provide actionable insights that steer demand metrics in a positive direction.
• Guarantee comprehensive supply chain readiness for promotions, new product launches, distribution modifications, and item transitions – eliminating last-minute rushes and missed launches.
• Cultivate and sustain robust working relationships with buyers, category managers, and retail operations teams.
• Manage and relay critical supply chain activities that affect retail customer order flows, including factory closure timelines, warehouse inventory planning, and changes in order management processes.
• Collaborate with retail customers on inventory replenishment at the store level, promotional inventory builds, and seasonal planning.
• Evaluate point-of-sale data, sell-through rates, and weeks of supply to suggest strategic order modifications and optimize assortments.
• Detect trends in store-level performance and proactively address service-level deficiencies or risks of excess inventory before they escalate.
• Act as the main point of contact for 3PL partners regarding inventory management, order fulfillment accuracy, and shipment scheduling.
• Monitor 3PL key performance indicators, including On-Time Shipping, Order Accuracy, and Inventory Accuracy, and ensure partners meet the established standards.
• Investigate and resolve fulfillment exceptions, shipping delays, and receiving discrepancies in close cooperation with 3PL teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards that monitor inventory health, fill rates, On-Time In-Full metrics, and retail customer scorecards.
• Conduct thorough root-cause analyses on supply chain disruptions, service failures, and inventory variances, proposing prompt corrective measures.
• Identify and execute process improvements to boost inventory turns, decrease carrying costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
• Regularly present key insights and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and external customer partners.
• A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in a supply chain, account management, or logistics analytics position.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
• Exceptional communication skills – your command of the English language is impeccable.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, organized, and proactive.
• A strong instinct for helping teammates excel and a willingness to learn from previous experiences.
• Capability to tackle complex problems or know where to seek answers.
