This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive the expansion of our sales and service delivery across a diverse array of offerings and customized solutions that support the F&B industry, as well as other sectors, including: Supplier inspection and verification, adherence to client-specific protocols, execution of risk mitigation checklists, social audits, and human rights due diligence.
• Take initiative in developing and expanding your own sales pipeline while advancing opportunities through various stages of the sales process.
• Actively identify customer requirements, create tailored solutions, and effectively sell these offerings to both new and existing clientele.
• Oversee project coordination to ensure alignment with client expectations, timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with DNV quality standards.
• Lead and communicate efficiently with team members and clients alike.
• Present services from your own or existing disciplines to new clients, as well as offer new services to current clients.
• Manage projects with complete accountability from prospecting and design to sales and delivery, while contributing to business growth through achieving sales targets and meeting client expectations for project delivery.
• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development within supply chain and/or services in a consultancy setting.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and delivering consulting services as a trusted advisor and thought leader for clients.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including service design and delivery excellence.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to initiating new projects, growing from a small foundation, and functioning effectively in a rapidly changing, high-ambiguity environment.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 25% domestically and up to 10% internationally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear and authoritative technical guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.
