VP – General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Accountable for coordinating operational and growth strategies.

• Supervise the development and execution of Honest Health programs.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with external PO partners.

• Manage strategy, growth, operational functions, and P&L oversight across various business partnerships.

• Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Operations to drive initiatives for performance enhancement.

• Provide mentorship to management teams while fostering accountability for key performance indicators.

• Ensure clinical teams prioritize patient needs and that staffing adequately meets partner requirements.

• Build and maintain relationships with local health plan leadership teams.

• Achieve growth objectives consistently on a quarterly basis.

• Represent the Honest brand within the community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and value-based risk contracts within capitated arrangements.

• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage health plans and populations of patients with chronic conditions.

• Knowledge of commercial value-based arrangements, including shared savings and risk models.

• Comprehensive P&L experience with a proven track record of operating within budget and a solid understanding of key performance indicators.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Executive presence and a collaborative mindset working with numerous stakeholders.

• Must be a proactive self-starter, capable of developing operational dashboards.

• Solution-focused approach and work ethic.

• Cultural ambassador who can effectively communicate and engage employees at all levels.

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong communication skills.

• Experience with manipulating published reports and dashboards in Tableau is advantageous.
