VP, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of the company's enterprise financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term planning and organizational objectives.

• Take ownership of the company's long-term financial model, which includes scenario planning to guide capital allocation, growth investments, and strategic decisions.

• Collaborate closely with the CFO and the executive leadership team to convert strategy into quantifiable financial results.

• Develop and oversee the enterprise performance management framework, which encompasses KPIs, reporting, and operational processes.

• Offer insights into business performance, pinpointing risks and opportunities across various markets, service lines, and contracts.

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team on crucial business decisions, including growth strategies, market expansion, and partnerships.

• Assist with capital planning initiatives, including the creation of investor materials, Board reporting, and the development of financial narratives.

• Build and lead a high-achieving finance team across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and field finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.

• Over 12 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with substantial exposure to FP&A and strategic finance.

• Demonstrated experience functioning as a senior finance leader in a high-growth, complex environment (experience in healthcare or value-based care is highly preferred).

• Extensive expertise in financial modeling, long-term planning, and scenario analysis.

• Background in supporting capital strategy, investor relations, or mergers and acquisitions.

• Proven experience aiding executive and Board-level decision-making through analysis, modeling, and insights.

• Familiarity with value-based care, risk-based contracting, or alternative payment models is preferred.

• Strong business acumen, with the capability to link financial insights to operational strategies.

• Outstanding communication skills, enabling collaboration and influence with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• A successful track record in building and managing high-performing teams and scalable finance functions.
