Financial Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carry out monthly accounting closing procedures, ensuring adherence to established timelines.

• Prepare explanatory notes and additional components of the Financial Statements.

• Conduct analyses of account variances, pinpointing and clarifying significant discrepancies.

• Assist external audits by supplying necessary documentation and support.

• Review supporting documents and record various accounting provisions.

• Oversee and document the allocation of prepaid expenses.

• Manage the control and recognition of deferred revenues.

• Record payroll accounting entries and associated charges.

• Ensure that accounting records align with current accounting standards and company policies.

• Facilitate continuous improvement, automation, and process enhancement initiatives within the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration).

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting operations and month-end closing.

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills.

• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).

• Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).

• Experience in multinational firms and external audit procedures (preferred).
