This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main marketing business partner to the CEO of NASA and senior sales leaders, integrated within the commercial operations of the organization.
• Engage in sales leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and pipeline evaluations, providing a marketing perspective to commercial discussions.
• Establish strong, trusted relationships throughout the NASA sales team, ensuring that marketing is recognized as a key commercial player rather than merely a support entity.
• Take charge of implementing centrally developed Transform campaigns across North America, adapting global strategies for regional execution with measurable pipeline results.
• Generate campaign briefs that address regional pipeline requirements, empowering the area to pursue active opportunities without relying on central planning.
• Create and execute executive engagement initiatives—such as roundtables, hosted events, and C-suite forums—that foster and expedite pipeline development in targeted enterprise accounts.
• Develop and oversee the North America marketing team.
• Over 12 years of B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles in field, regional, or growth marketing and enterprise demand generation.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline within enterprise contexts—managing accounts with revenue targets exceeding £500M, navigating lengthy sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder procurement processes.
• Direct experience collaborating with senior sales executives and C-suite personnel—proficient in commercial dialogues and pipeline assessments.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools in everyday marketing tasks—whether for content creation, research, reporting, or campaign strategy—and capable of discussing AI's impact on enterprise content and language workflows in buyer-facing or sales-support scenarios.
• A background in language technology, AI, content technology, or related enterprise software is highly preferred.
• Experience in building and managing distributed marketing teams.
