This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Leads a high-performing team in creating data-driven, omnichannel experiences for both patient and physician audiences across diverse markets.
• Facilitates cross-disciplinary collaboration to design and execute innovative customer experiences.
• Establishes a vision for experience transformation while fostering essential relationships both internally and externally.
• Exhibits a strong understanding of financials and demonstrates ownership of team utilization.
• Recognizes and addresses key moments in the customer journey by developing Omnichannel Plans.
• Mentors team members in their expertise in Experience Strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management, including leading and developing a team.
• Background in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare Marketing sectors.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to clearly convey complex concepts to varied audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and user experience skills, with a proven track record of using data and customer research to guide strategic choices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Skilled in digital collaboration and journey mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Mural, Airtable).
• Familiar with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, etc.).
• Competent in utilizing AI systems and frameworks.
