📋 Description

• Identify, target, and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to present and sell our trading, stablecoin rails, and tokenization platforms.

• Cultivate long-term relationships while ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts.

• Act as a thought leader in the space by staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

• Utilize market insights to influence product and sales strategies, positioning the company as a leader in the industry.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs, product capabilities, and go-to-market strategies.

• Provide valuable feedback from clients and prospects to guide product development and improvements.

• Manage the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.

• Facilitate smooth collaboration among sales, legal, and technical teams to navigate complex deal structures.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, including financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, and other relevant entities.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and credibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets role.

• Extensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred.

• Profound understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in both traditional and digital asset markets.

• Strong network within institutional clients and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
