• Provide valuable feedback from clients and prospects to guide product development and improvements.
• Manage the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration among sales, legal, and technical teams to navigate complex deal structures.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, including financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, and other relevant entities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Over 10 years of experience in a brokerage, trading, or capital markets role.
• Extensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred.
• Profound understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in both traditional and digital asset markets.
• Strong network within institutional clients and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
