Consultor Salesforce Marketing Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Understand the functions of Marketing Cloud and possess the ability to leverage and adapt them according to client requirements.

• Analyze, design, and document requirements.

• Collaborate dynamically while managing multiple commitments simultaneously.

• Support documentation regarding the initial solution design and evolve it into a functional specification for configuration.

• Execute and conduct testing scripts.

• Manage data loading processes (Data Loader).

• Clearly identify the scope of each project and manage any potential deviations with the client within your area of expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computing, or Marketing (Degree required).

• Advanced level of English is essential.

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience with Marketing Cloud projects.

• In-depth understanding of Marketing Cloud functionalities and capabilities, including Email Studio, Social Studio, and other components.

• Essential experience with complete implementation processes of Marketing Cloud, Personalization, and Marketing Cloud Engagement (analysis, design, configuration, testing, and training).

• Experience in digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media advertising, marketing automation, and data analysis.

• Experience in configuring and managing marketing automation processes to enhance efficiency and customer response.

• Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
