• Take charge of aggressive lead generation, prospect outreach, and appointment setting initiatives to create sales opportunities for growth.
• Manage pipeline development and execute effectively to secure new business.
• Surpass assigned zone HealthCast financial targets.
• Oversee and validate accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts for the zone.
• Maintain a zone pipeline that is 10X the assigned quota across designated regions.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Business Manager, Sellers, and AVP to achieve success.
• Formulate and implement zone sales strategies through precise targeting and account profiling.
• Comprehend key customer purchasing motivations and business goals to instill urgency.
• Cultivate essential customer relationships with IT personnel, Chief Information Officers, Medical Managers, CNOs, Nurse Managers, and other clinical and economic decision-makers.
• Support ACM National Accounts and Strategy Partnerships in securing HealthCast opportunities.
• Take overall responsibility for account satisfaction through sales, service delivery, planning, execution, support, and solution adoption.
• Coordinate service delivery with Operations, Sales Engineers, and Professional Services teams.
• Represent clients internally and coordinate across functions to implement client solutions, complete projects, and address ongoing service, operational, and technical needs.
• Assist the Professional Service team with implementation oversight and engage in escalating customer issues.
• Drive organic growth and penetration of existing services into new service areas across accounts.
• Liaise with field sales and clinical teams pre and post-implementation to ensure customer comprehension and realization of system value and overall competence in the solution.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of sales experience OR Associate’s Degree with 8+ years of sales experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of sales experience.
• Preference for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• A minimum of 7 years of strategic selling or related software/informatics sales experience within the acute hospital care sector.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, emphasizing software and hardware architecture, infrastructure design and development, and wireless technologies.
• Strong technical project management and documentation capabilities.
• Preference for candidates with a background in EMR/EHR and/or medical device connectivity.
• Proven ability to navigate the hospital technical and social landscape and influence both IT and clinical domains.
• Demonstrated success in delivering results in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proven capability to manage multiple intricate projects simultaneously.
• Thorough understanding of commercial sales structures and processes.
• Management experience preferred, with a history of change leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high capacity for learning in a dynamic environment.
