This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the enterprise bookings target, ensuring consistent and high-quality revenue growth.
• Lead and enhance a team that handles deals ranging from $50K to $500K, focusing on improving mid-to-top-tier deal performance.
• Enhance pipeline health, boost conversion rates, and accelerate deal velocity for both inbound and outbound initiatives.
• Establish a disciplined approach to forecasting, ensuring accuracy and transparency across various regions and teams.
• Lead and mentor four Director-level leaders supervising over 20 Account Executives.
• Cultivate leadership capabilities and develop succession plans at all organizational levels.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable, and metrics-driven sales culture.
• Implement and formalize a coaching structure and expectations.
• Refine and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy across North America and EMEA markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product team to influence the product roadmap, ensuring the enterprise perspective for new logos is accurately represented.
• Optimize both inbound and outbound sales motions, ensuring clear segmentation, territory design, and coverage models.
• Promote data-informed decision-making in performance management, compensation design, and resource allocation.
• Enhance sales processes, coaching techniques, and cadence, as well as Account Executive skills to improve win rates.
• Engage personally in strategic, high-value deals to expedite closures and mitigate risks.
• Improve deal qualification, executive alignment, and value-based selling practices throughout the organization.
• Establish executive relationships with key customers and prospective clients.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly within enterprise segments.
• At least 2 years of second-line leadership experience (leading leaders) in a B2B SaaS context.
• Proven success in managing annual quotas exceeding $10M and consistently achieving over-performance.
• Experience in leading geographically diverse teams (North America and EMEA preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage both inbound and outbound enterprise sales processes.
• Track record of closing and coaching teams on deals ranging from $50K to $500K and beyond.
• A post-secondary degree, preferably a business undergraduate degree or an MBA.
