This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership and achieve the enterprise bookings objectives, ensuring consistent and high-quality revenue expansion.
• Direct and enhance a team managing deal sizes ranging from $50K to $500K, concentrating on improving mid-to-top-end deal performance.
• Foster pipeline health, enhance conversion rates, and accelerate deal velocity for both inbound and outbound processes.
• Establish a disciplined approach to forecasting, ensuring accuracy and transparency across various regions and teams.
• Guide and mentor 4 Director-level leaders supervising over 20 Account Executives.
• Cultivate leadership development and succession planning at all organizational levels.
• Create a high-performance, accountable, and metrics-focused sales culture.
• Implement and standardize a formal coaching framework and expectations.
• Refine and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy for the NAM and EMEA regions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product to influence the product roadmap, ensuring the new logo enterprise perspective is well-represented.
• Optimize inbound and outbound processes, ensuring effective segmentation, territory design, and coverage models.
• Promote data-driven decision-making in performance management, compensation structure, and resource allocation.
• Enhance sales processes, coaching methodologies, and AE skill sets to boost win rates.
• Actively participate in strategic, high-value deals to expedite closures and mitigate risks.
• Improve deal qualification, executive alignment, and value-based selling throughout the organization.
• Develop executive relationships with key customers and prospects.
• Over 7 years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly within enterprise segments.
• More than 2 years of second-line leadership experience (managing leaders) in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated success in managing annual quotas exceeding $10M and consistently outperforming targets.
• Experience in leading geographically distributed teams, with a preference for North America and EMEA.
• Proven capability in managing both inbound and outbound enterprise sales efforts.
• A history of closing and coaching teams on deals ranging from $50K to $500K and above.
• A post-secondary degree, preferably a business undergraduate degree or MBA.
