VP, Enterprise Change & Transformation Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the enterprise change communications function, delivering strategic guidance, governance, and executive communications support for significant transformation initiatives.

• Formulate the enterprise change communications strategy in alignment with business objectives.

• Act as a senior communications consultant to executive leadership and the Transformation Office.

• Manage communications for enterprise transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.

• Supervise executive messaging, leadership communications, and enterprise change campaigns.

• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for change communications.

• Collaborate with HR, the Transformation Office, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure a unified response to change.

• Create measurement frameworks to assess communication effectiveness and adoption rates.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of change communications professionals.

• Handle multiple enterprise initiatives while maintaining consistent messaging.

• Identify communication risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field is required.

• Over 10 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility in corporate communications.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.

• Equivalent experience may be gained through relevant knowledge, responsibilities, scope, and skills reflective of the position level.
